About LeadingChoice Network

Member-owned and member-driven, LeadingChoice Network is a financially and clinically integrated network whose mission is to align services to improve the delivery of care in partnership with health plans and health systems. Quality standards are a requirement to become and remain a member. LeadingChoice Network seeks to continually improve outcomes by implementing clinical protocols and evidence-based best practices, as well as monitoring performance data. A primary goal is to develop and participate in funding models that encourage value-based purchasing and performance-based reimbursement.
